Neil Leavitt

TERRIBLE lawyer as properly stated in another review. I hired him to handle a general issue. He did nothing more than an hours work. He kept all money paid up front. Getting past her to talk with the lawyer was very difficult, she was very rude. Nice at first meet, not professional. (and probably not... legal) He was paid a nice retainer up front, did not do his job, did not return any money, refused an accounting of time spent working the case. Hire someone else.

I recently hired Neil Leavitt regarding my landlord / tenant issue and I was very pleased with his services. He always informed me on the status of my case and what the best options for me and my family were. I did not have to worry about my case because I knew off of his experience that he would han...dle my case and do his very best to assist me. I was extremely pleased and I decided to refer my friend to his office. She was my neighbor and she and her husband were going through the same issues. They also were pleased with his performance and managed to get the case in their favor. Overall, Mr. Leavitt was a great attorney in my case and I would recommend him to anyone.

TERRIBLE lawyer. You'd be better off representing yourself than hire this guy. Hiring Neil is like throwing money into a black hole...he REALLY is that BAD and dishonest in that he'll promise you the world and not do a damn thing after he's got your money. And, this isn't a case of if an attorney win...s he's great, and if he loses he's terrible. This guy is just the WORST.
