TERRIBLE!

This Lawyer is a joke! Had no idea what he was doing during the real estate transaction. Not responsive. Said we'd close on a Monday then called at 5pm on Friday to say he couldnt. Complete nightmare. Clearly from all the reviews on this lawyer, he is not one someone should be hiring except for ...maybe walking their dog as that is probably all he could mentally handle.

Screwed up my real estate deal

I had a contract to purchase a home signed by both the seller and me, the buyer. Neil made changes to the contract without consulting me. As a result of these changes, the seller canceled the contract. I could have gotten a home worth over $430,000 for $400,000. The seller told me after the f...act that he would have accepted my offer if it had not been for the changes made by Neil. I guess he was trying to show that he provided some value added. Well, his value added was minus $30,000.

Poor Experience with Neil Gross

Profoundly poor experience with Neil Gross, ESQ before, during, after the closing of our just-purchased home in Sparta: failure to ensure property was not in foreclosure (it was), failure to reimburse for monies in escrow, misinformation, and what we consider to be gross ethic violations both of a pe...rsonal and professional nature. Our worst experience of any attorney. SMM
