Go with your gut and start the process.

I agree with Mr Faucher, but it is a fairly simple thing to accomplish. I would have an attorney draft the deed and you can file it. Good Luck

NO, the nails are attachments to the property. You cannot remove them. You can sue the owner in court for the amount they owe you.

You can file a case against the company to contest the Levy, but it will probably cost more than paying off the debt itself.
