What if there were two owners on registration & 1 owner has suspended license but the other is legal? Can they pull me over?

Yes, they can pull you over. It is a pain in the butt, however easily remedied if the other owner gets their driving privilege back. Good Luck

Just paying the ticket will ensure it is on your record. Just paying a ticket is a guilty plea. Talk to a lawyer any maybe you can avoid the charge...
