Neal Steven Meyers

Neal has a litigation practice which spans the fields of employment law and disputes, construction contracts and disputes, personal injury claims and property damage claims for both public and private clients.

Neal was named a 2015 top litigator by San Diego Magazine. He is a presenter and writer in the fields of employment law, the government claims act, and public and private liability claims. He is a Master in the Lopardo Inns of Court and he has achieved the highest rating for his litigation skills and ethical reputation from a nationally recognized peer review organization.

Neal attended the California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, where he graduated with highest honors. He received his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he had served as a staff writer for the California Regulatory Law Reporter. Neal was admitted to the practice of law in California in 1983, and is admitted to practice before all California State Courts and the United States District Court for the Southern and Central Districts of California. He is also an active member of his local Bar Association and volunteers his time in public service for the local courts and community.
