Hired this attorney, and had to make payments. Once all payments were made, he completely bailed on my case. No phone call, no letter of resignation. Am filing a WSBA against this attorney. Replied last October 18, 2012I am very sorry to hear that this happened to this individual. However, l was not his or her attorney, and we did not have an attorney client relationship. I believe that they may have had an attorney-client relationship with the Law Office of Matthew Hale, a firm with which I had previously done some independent contract work. I would strongly advise that they contact their former attorney to discuss their concerns. I would also be happy to directly speak with this individual about their concerns if they wish.
