We used Monica Stallings to represent us in a child custody case. She managed to drag it out for a solid year with no results. She is never available for phone calls or emails. She is slow and lazy with a horrible attitude. She is consistently late even to court. We spend many many thousands of d...ollars on her representation yet she treated our case like it mattered very little. We received constant calls to deposit more money, even when she could not show us that any work had been done. We ended up firing her and getting a new lawyer who was able to quickly handle our case to our advantage and settle something Stallings failed at repeatedly. The woman is lazy, dim and ineffective. Not at all the person to choose when your children are on the line. I wish we had dumped her sooner, but it all worked out eventually.
