Lacy showed such compassion for my brother, who was undiagnosed at the time with an aggressive brain disorder, who had received a moving violation and worked diligently in having the charges dismissed due to the medical circumstances that were discovered. I received my first speeding ticket in NC and was honestly not aware of the severity of laws/fines having moved from out of state. Lacy is the best! My 17 year old son was issued a speeding ticket for 25mph over the legal limit. She was extremely detailed in her communication of the steps we needed to take pretrial in oder to achieve the best results. As a result she manage to have the State agreed to reduce his charge of spe...eding to just nine miles over the speed limit and while DMV points will be assessed but there will be no insurance increases associated with this plea.
