My practice focuses in the areas of estate planning, estate planning for the small business owner, tax planning, and probate and trust administration.
I am a frequent seminar presenter wherein I educate individuals on various estate and tax planning strategies.
I am a member of the Probate and Estate Planning Section and Young Lawyers Section of the State Bar of Michigan. I am a member of the Amicus Committee of Special Projects for the Probate Council; the Real Estate Committee of Special Projects for the Probate Council, and the Ethics Committee of Special Projects for the Probate Council. I am also a member of the Ingham County Bar Association and the Greater Lansing Estate Planning Council. I am a candidate for the Certificate of Probate and Estate Planning co-sponsored by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the State Bar of Michigan.
