Nathan P. Kollath

Attorney Nathan Kollath is an associate at Axley, and a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. His primary areas of practice are commercial litigation, insurance defense, contract review and negotiations, and tax assessment defense for municipalities.

With almost a decade of legal experience, Attorney Kollath has served as lead chair on three trials. He is experienced with all aspects of litigation from taking depositions and writing briefs to both bench and jury trials. Attorney Kollath frequently works with insurance companies on insurance defense matters and with municipalities for tax assessment defense.

In addition to his litigation experience, Attorney Kollath served as a Regional Procurement Senior Buyer for a Fortune 500 company in a global capacity for a number of years. In that position, he negotiated vendor contracts, focusing on annual cost savings and avoidance. Attorney Kollath also spent time focusing on issues related to indemnification, limitation of liability, and warranties in order to prevent risk and streamline contracting processes. As a result, his background makes him highly knowledgeable in a wide variety of areas important to daily business operations including marketing, IT, machinery and equipment, and professional services. He draws on his impressive knowledge and understanding of business goals and operations to make him a true advocate for his clients.
