Was assigned to Narek Garibyan twice via Off The Record with both outcomes working out in my favor! I highly recommend Narek and team. My first ticket was “not stopping” at a stop sign when exiting the freeway. Oddly, I was not granted traffic school despite not getting a traffic ticket in YEARS. ...I used Off The Record for the first time, in hopes of a better deal than just paying the ticket PLUS a point on my license. Narek was easy to contact. Was very straightforward. Although my first ticket was not dismissed, he was able to reduce the fine, grant me traffic school, and extended the due date for my fine to 90 days from that court date. That was a huge win for me already! Roughly one year later, I got a speeding ticket on the FastTrak. Less than 100mph. I submitted my ticket on Off The Record and was assigned to Narek again. This time around, it was resolved even quicker!!! My ticket was completely dismissed. I was ecstatic! Highly recommend Narek and team. 5/5 stars no doubt.

Great to work with

Do not hesitate to to contact off record

I have a ticket in Los Angeles area , send ticket to the attorney through off record and Narek Garibyan take care of and was completely dismissed

Great Job

Amazing job. Got my ticket dismissed. This is my 3rd or 4th time using this site and they've beat every ticket along with the people I've referred them out to.

Narek truly saved the day for me

Narek Garibyan truly saved the day for me. I hired him independently, and from the beginning, he went above and beyond to help me. He took the time to explain exactly how everything worked, was extremely responsive, provided clear and accurate information about my case, and was completely honest thro...ughout the process. What I appreciated most was his no-nonsense approach. He didn’t talk in circles or make unnecessary promises—he was direct, knowledgeable, and supportive. He handled my red-light ticket from start to finish, and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. The intersection involved was particularly confusing and placed me directly into a busway with very little opportunity to stop safely. Narek showed up, handled everything professionally, and ultimately got the ticket dismissed. I couldn’t be happier with his service. He is an excellent attorney, and I would absolutely use him again for any future legal needs. Highly recommended!
