Mr. Narek Garibyan was assigned to my traffic citation. He gave clear instructions. I really liked how he gave me a court date. I knew it was getting handled. I have another traffic citation that I’m glad was also reassigned to Mr. Narek Garibyan after a different lawyer didn’t provide me with an... update or a court date almost a month in. When this particular citation was reassigned to Mr. Narek Garibyan, he gave me a court date within the first 24 hours. We’re in good hands.

I retained this attorney expecting professionalism, communication, and advocacy. Instead, I experienced dismissive and confrontational communication from the very person I hired to help me. After simply asking for an update and expressing concern about the tone of our interactions, I was told, “I’...m not rude. I’m direct.” Rather than attempting to resolve the issue or maintain a professional relationship, the attorney abruptly informed me that he had reached an “impasse” and requested that my case be reassigned. What was most disappointing was how quickly I was abandoned over a disagreement. Clients hire attorneys during stressful situations and deserve patience, respect, and clear communication—not hostility and an unwillingness to work through concerns. I understand that not every attorney-client relationship is a perfect fit, but I expected far more professionalism from someone entrusted with handling my legal matter. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this attorney and would strongly encourage others to consider how important communication and client service are when choosing representation. This review reflects my personal experience as a paying client.

Before meeting Narek Garibyan, I had a case this other lawyer was handling. I felt like I was the one calling to find out next steps. I met Narek and he listened to me regarding my case and I immediately felt I would be in better hands after listening to how he would handle my case. In less than 3 months he was able to settle for the maximum amount of the insurance policy. He found another several thousand dollars I was entitled to claim from my insurance coverage on top of the policy limit. He was able to negotiate my medical expenses down significantly as well. Every step of the way he was communicating to me the next steps, what to expect and a time frame. I've never had a lawyer exceed my expectations the way Narek has, I would recommend him to anyone.
