Did some work comp related issues with her.Since hiring her until this date she has not been a professional lawyer and instead takes things personal.I have noticed that she has moods when discussing any case with her or her paralegal.She gets defensive and argumentative.She was supposed to represent ...me not lecture me and every time I sent her an email about any disagreement or concerns she starts attacking me.I had more than four claims with her few settled and some are pending.she was supposed to act professional and return my emails and not attack me.another thing is it said 20% out of every settlement.she has charged me for copies,phones,faxes etc.when the agreement clearly indicated 20%.Dalpiaz thinks she is right and no arguments arise whatever she says goes.I have experienced so many months of delay and I would never retain her
