Gary Allen Crowe

Went to Gary on a simple car accident case, told us a figure that was LOW. He talked a/b himself for over an HOUR, hunting, fishing, trapping. Then he started in with "I work hard for you" "I work hard for you" like he's a 3-year-old. My wife and I said we wanted to discuss it and get back to him. Th...en he started in "you don't have much of a case." Reiterated a ridiculous number of $35k to $40k for the injuries we had. Went across town, another attorney who KNOWS the MT law told us we were entitled to 3 X our medical bills and other pertinent information, we hired him and settled for that exact figure, OVER $100k in 8 weeks. This attorney told us Gary Crowe's consults come to him all the time or leave their $3k and above deposits to get away from him, HE lowballs your case so he can settle in a few weeks and get paid. I just cringe if we had believed Crowe, we'd be out $60k. He also reeks of marijuana and his office is a total and complete mess. He is stupid and gross.

This attorney is nothing but a windbag. He has very little control over his own life, and talks a lot about hunting and fraternizing with judges of 11th district court, yet does not know how to win a case. He abandoned my case and was quite negligent, as he does not listen very well. Stay away fro...m this hayseed! I kept a file on this attorney and the state will enjoying reading what I have to say about this yahoo--negligence, misrepresentation, and abandonment.
