Craig D. Charlton

I contacted Craig Charlton to help with my brothers estate. It was a pleasant conversation and I hired him. I called his finance person and gave my credit card information for the retainer. I was told during our initial consult that he would have a demand letter ready by the end of the week. From... that point on, I never received a letter for my approval nor was I able to talk to him again! He was always too busy to take my calls, was out of the office or wasn't available. I called daily for a week and was finally told he would get back to me at the end of the next week or the week after that. I fired him.
