Ali Moulton was to defend me on a case that had more than sufficient evidence in my behalf but getting Ali Moulton to contact Witnesses or do anything that would have been beneficial to my case was next to impossible and I sent her numerous emails and text messages requesting an update on the case b...ut I could not get her to even return a call. when Ali Moulton finally called me it was to inform me of a plea agreement that would have left me guilty but would have alleviated her of having to do the job she was paid to do and when I refused to take the plea agreement she put a motion in to withdraw herself from the case because even she realized she lacked the skills and knowledge needed to move forward with the case and in the end doing more damage than good. . . Ali Moulton is more concerned with trying to impress people with her designer handbags and stilettos then she is with defending her clients. and she looks like she spent more time in the morning putting her face on with a spatula and her spray on tan then she ever did defending me. long story short. Ali Moulton is a sorry excuse for a defense attorney and I would not recommend her to anyone as she has a terrible holier than thou attitude

A bad attitude does not make a good attorney! And this attorney's attitude becomes apparent immediately after the retainer check is received, from that point forward your case will tumble slowly downhill. This attorney does not return phone calls, office appoinmtents are next to impossible (one pers...on=attorney and secretarial staff). If you just want to throw money away this is the place to do it!
