I am a father that lost by two children after I hired a law firm to represent me in a child custody battle that went from bad to worse then after going through hell and an enormous amount of money the attorney apologized that it turned out so poorly for me. My case was a peculiar, unfortunate, and unwarranted one. One in which my ex filed a false restraining order on me while I was a way with an array of false accusations with "pictures and a story". I was assigned to Michelle, who from the very start appeared extremely charismatic, honest, professional..., and extremely knowledgeable of the law. She shared similar experiences that she has experienced to put me more at ease, for as you can imagine I was an extreme nervous wreck over the accusations and not being able to see my children. Michelle walked me through the entire process and provided me with a clear perspective on what to expect on our day in court. In court she kept me at ease and provided a constant security reminding me that I was indeed the victim of egregious statements made under perjury. The opposing attorney was extremely smug and presumptuous to her (and us) and I admired the fact that she was consistently professional and unwavering in her approach with the opposing party. Michelle's keen ability to identify discrepancies, errors, and falsification of facts (perjury) on legal documents paired with her knowledge of the law and associated penal codes made her a force to be reckoned with. I highly recommend her to anyone who falls victim to a person launching an attack on a person under the veil of the law. She is honest, will only take honest clients who she can lend an honest hand to. The first thing impression that I received from Michelle is that she does not want to represent bad people. She serves good people and only wants the best for humanity especially when their is children involved. She will be my life long lawyer.

Michelle is a highly competent and compassionate lawyer. From the first time I met her, she was attentive to details and was an excellent listener.
