N/AOUTCOME: Win -- child support increased to $10,000/month
After three days of trial this week, MLO/Mulinazzi Law Office wins a HUGE victory for its client in a custody and child support case. Lead attorneys Shannon Kowitz and Attorney Michelle Dauksha bat ... tled the opposing counsel's office who had the advantage of accessing (perhaps wasting) the adverse party's income which was 21x more than our client's. They waged a 15 month custody battle to that included unnecessary depositions, motions, baseless claims, and subpoenas. Attorney Dausksha did a masterful job of exposing the adverse party's attempts to hide income and recategorizing personal expenses as business expenses. Their presentation persuaded the Judge to deny the opposing party's case before considering the merits of his evidence. The Judge ruled that the other side violated previous Court Orders, denied their claims, and Her Honor awarded $10,000/month in child support $35,000 in back child support, and she is holding a hearing in two weeks to award attorney's fees.
