As the owner of Michael I. Zemon, P.A., and, as a lawyer since 1994, I have helped many people with various legal matters. Using a lawyer’s consultation can be a great preventive measure.   It can save you time, and money, and protect your interests.

When I take on a case, I am passionate about fighting for your interests.  I always zealously defend people's rights in traffic, criminal, and accident cases.  All client's referred to me are treated with the upmost respect.  All problems are listened to, and all phone calls and emails are promptly returned.  Whether it is a lawyer or a former client referring me a case, it is important to me that the person I am representing be highly satisfied to encourage future endeavors. 

My former partner and I came from large volume oriented law firms.  These "clinic" operations afforded little client contact.  We were not satisfied with the quality of services that these firms provided.  Marino & Zemon, P.A. was opened to provide a more client friendly boutique like approach.  We got to know our clients and their cases.  After 10 years of practicing together, my partner, Patricia, became a Miami-Dade County Court Judge.  The firm became Michael I. Zemon, P.A. and I have continued to successfully run the firm with the same philosophy on which it was founded.

I am available to discuss your case in person, whether it’s a simple traffic citation, or a more complicated legal matter.  I can also accommodate you via email and phone conferences as well.  What is important is that you have the opportunity to discuss your case with me, the attorney, instead of a paralegal, secretary, or receptionist.  We are happy to help you with your many legal needs.  I make it easy and affordable.
