Biography
Michael Whiteside attended The University of Tennessee where he studied Political Science and graudated cum laude with a bachelor's degree in 2010. Afterwards, Michael attended Atlanta's John Marshall Law School, where he graduated in the top quarter of his class in 2013. Mr. Whiteside passed the July 2013 Georgia bar exam and was admitted to the Georgia Bar in November of the same year. Michael has always been interested in the civil litigation area of law, in particular personal injury, and feels like this is an important area of law because it affects the every day life of those people who are truly in need of help.
Michael has personal experience with matters involving personal injury and loves to prove himself in a fast paced and challenging legal environment. Over the past three years Michael has worked with matters involving medical malpractice, assorted forms of negligence, workers’ compensation, automobile accidents, and other forms of liability based civil litigation. Michael has experience in working all aspects and stages of a personal injury suit.
