The seriousness of her injury will determine if she can be compensated. A concussion has some value but if it is not having a significant impact...

The attorneys will divide the fee, which is the same percentage and same cost to you, proportionate to their work. Don't be too concerned about it.

You should be eligible with the evidence you provide. You will probably get resistance from the carrier, but just be a polite pest and don't give up.

A lawyer will probable cost you as much or more than the bill. Try it have it handled through your insurance or try to negotiate with the creditor.
