Does a lawyer need to be present at a house closing? He says that he will just send the check & documens by mail to the seller

Do a real estate closing via mail is not uncommon. There is nothing wrong with it.

I agree with Mr. Doland - and would add that if the road is "Public - Unpaved", then the neighbor may not own the area and therefore cannot prevent...

It depends on what your lease states. If the landlord did not reserve use of the carport in the lease, then you should have the right of quiet...

I agree with Mr. Schutz. If the tenant is not paying, go to the landlord tenant court and file a complaint for eviction.
