What do I do when the Camden City court has summoned me for a case that I already appeared for & was subsequently dismissed?

You should appear in court and tell the judge the history of the case.
You will not get reimbursed for any legal fees you incur.

They cannot lien a property that the debtor does not own.
Take the paperwork to an attorney ASAP to have the judgment removed.
Am I (seller) liable for termite damage found in/behind walls after closing on real estate sale.

In most states, there is no transfer tax when the transfer is between spouses.
One does not have to be a citizen to own property in the US.
