If you have a judgment for possession, she cannot "come back with no problem". She would be trespassing.
Do I need an attorney for a property hearing? I am concerned that the other party will show up with an attorney at the hearing.

It is always advisable to have an attorney.

We inherited an old deed to a property in OK. The deed says 1931 & has papers back to 1866. How do we know if its still good?

I agree with Mr. Lowenthal - you will need to obtain a title search to see if the 1931 deed accurately reflects the current state of ownership.

A deed of trf was notarized by a partial heir to a home that I am also heir. I pay rent to two other heirs. I this legal?

One would have to see what agreement you signed - specifically the application which requested the $8K deposit - to determine what your rights are.
