Michael Zachary Mandale

Michael Mandale is not at 230 S. Broad Street - has not been at this address for a couple years by his own admittance. The Attorney in this office has declared they are no longer affiliated with him. I unfortunately gave him $300 to send the IRS a Letter of Representation and prepare a Power of Atto...rney form, but no letter was ever prepared and I could not get a copy of the POA after asking several times. After I asked him for proof of these two simple documents and could not get them, I was concerned. He could not answer my questions regarding the LOR, but did request me to send him the $1,400.00 to prepare an Offer in Compromise. He said he did not accept credit card; only cash and check made out to his name personally and not a business name. I begin researching to learn more about him, the three reviews before I met with him were good, but after I got concerned I was scammed, I found I was. I uncovered several terrible reviews from very upset individuals that were out of thousands of dollars. As hard as it was for me to loss $300, one couple was out $3,000 and no representation as promised. This couple was continuous told when demanding answers that he was not in the office for one reason or another and they later found no work was done, which resulted in an IRS Levy. PLEASE, you are already in financial jeopardy and do not need someone to take what you have left and do nothing.

I was reffered to Mr. Mandale after I had a few tax related issues with the IRS. Mr. Mandale was able to negotiate with the IRS on my behalf and was able to settle for less than I actually owed. For the most part the process was painless as he took care of all the work. I would certainly reccomend... his services to someone else in a similiar situation.

I went to Micheal after my husband passed away suddenly and I had no idea that we owed a ton of money to the IRS becuase my husband protected me from all of our finacial business. I went to see Micheal and he was so great to talk with (he is very soft spoken) It was a set fee which I paid there and t...hen and he went to work on getting me innocent spouse. It took a while but he came through and got the job done. For that I will always be thankful to Michael for! He diff. knows what he's doing and is very well edcuated on the laws. I put average in the kept me informed because I was under the impression I would be called on Fridays even it there was no news on my case but that was not the case. I would have liked to had more contact from him instead of me calling but I will say he is great at email repsones and returning phone calls. I would diff. recommend Michael!

The IRS was attempting to collect on a tax that was incurred jointly with my former spouse. I did not believe I was responsible for the amount they were trying to collect. I want the world to know that ...I am so thankful I found Mr. Mandale - for he ended my problem of non-stop IRS harassment and wage levy collection attempts. Within a few months Mr. Mandale was able to negotiate the acceptance of my Petetion for Innocent Spouse Relief and the IRS agreed to reduce my balance to zero ($0.00)!

I'm not sure what the "anonymous" reviewer below had an issue with, but Michael always returned my phone call (usually within a few minutes let alone hours) and always responded immediately to my emails! I originally owed over $80,000 to the IRS but Mr. Mandale worked diligently to obtain a settleme...nt with the IRS through their Offer in Compromise program which allowed me to settle my entire debt for $7,200.00!!! Not only did Mr. Mandale fulfill every promise he made me, he arranged for my settlement to be paid out over the next 4 years in monthly installments. Again, thank god for Michael and his staff: they have saved me from the never ending dread i was suffering at the hands of the IRS!
