I hired this attorney in November 2017 to conduct a DUI expungement. His office did not file the case for two months after I hired them. After multiple e-mails and phone calls attempting to follow-up on the progress of my case, the attorney stopped replying to e-mails and phone calls. I filed a bar c...omplaint for abandonment and was finally contacted by the attorney in July 2018 and told that they had no power to expedite the case and that they were at the mercy of the court. In September, 2018 I contacted the attorney and requested a copy of the filing so that I could follow-up with the court. The attorney contacted me the same day and informed me that they had determined that the court erroneously denied the expungement back in June (WHICH HAD HE HAD DONE HIS JOB, HE WOULD HAVE KNOWN THIS BEFORE I HAD FILED MY BAR COMPLAINT)! The attorney then offered to re-file the case at no additional cost to me, however after giving authorization to do so, he has stopped returning my calls and e-mails yet again. I finally got ahold of the attorney whom I struck a deal with. He promised to re-file and refund all of my money if the case was denied a second time. He refiled and just this month (July 2019) the case was denied a second time. I then made several attempts via email and calling his office trying to get him to abide by his agreement. No one has returned my emails or calls. Therefore, not only is he a lousy attorney, in my humble opinion, he's also a welch! Therefore, my suggestion is RUN, DON'T WALK, AWAY from this so called, attorney! Pass the word around that this attorney is a DODGING
