He does this by providing effective Estate Planning, Probate, and Elder Law at affordable rates. Attorney Michael Kelly graduated cum laude from Wayne State University Law School in Detroit, Michigan in 1990. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and Michigan.  Attorney Michael Kelly has a certification in Advanced Taxation of Individuals and Small Businesses and is a Tax Consultant. He is also a member of the Tax Law,Elder Law, Mental Health and Special Needs Planning, Probate, and Estate Planning Sections of the State Bar of Arizona. Attorney Michael Kelly is a civil mediator, with advanced probate mediation training.   Mr. Kelly is  a volunteer for the Area Agency on Aging and the State Bar of Arizona. Michael Kelly is married to Mary and has three children (Elizabeth-managed care pharmacist Liz Saltzman Inc., Michael -senior buyer at Nordson, and Richard-  U.S. Navy Submariner Veteran- Manager at Amazon ).
