This attorney is by far the worse attorney I have felt with! He didn’t do anything what he was supposed to do. The day before court I get A call saying my order was never filed with the judge. My previous court day he worked the child support and let opposing counsel pull a fast one. He allowed her... to say child support was based on pre-retirement money so it wasn’t based on the full income. Child-support is based on what both parents make prior to taxes and he should know that being a licensed attorney. I went to him because I had a very sensitive nature that I was dealing with because of my ex-husband and my children along with other issues and he constantly dropped the ball on everything and I ended up firing him. He did not do his job, he was nonresponsive, he didn’t file orders like he was supposed to. While picking up an order today today that I didnt receive from him I realized he also allowed opposing counsel put something in there that I did not agree to. Thanks for eating my retainer and not doing your job!
