Did nothing

He was suppose to show up in court instead of me & he never showed up at all, had a secret meeting with the opposing side. Was given a awesome opportunity to have a fabulous witness, who told him in person, I have 1st hand information I was there. He never did anything with this info. Never even men...tioned it to me. He charged me for lots of things he did not even do. Before trial I fired him. I could have won had he used the witness. Now because f this I can not see my beautiful granddaughter for 5 yrs.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

this guy is a joke showed up to triage for family custody and told the judge I wasn't there. I was standing in the back of the court room with his 3 other clients. he spent no time on my case because I literally went to triage and settled with a mediator afterward. well it's been two years now and he... sends me a invoice saying I owe him 700 dollars. I paid 1800 to retain him. he seriously couldn't have spent more then 2-3 hours on my case that includes the time his paralegal spent. save your money.

Keeping track of funds

I hired Mr. Darlington in June and he withdrew his services in July when I confronted him about my retainer in the amount of $2000. He had inquired about remaining container in the amount of $2,000. which I had already paid in June. It showed me that if he can't keep track of funds received, then ho...w can he keep track of court documents.

Inept, unprepared, and apathetic

Was told what a good case I had - until he received his retainer. Refused to go over my case in his office, never took a single note in 2 hrs of testimony, and then told the judge that he didn't see any need to cross examine my opponent. Did absolutely nothing. Disgraceful conduct.
