I contacted Mr. Michael Coco Esq. on June 10th 2018 after I realized that I no longer wanted to move into an apartment complex after signing the lease and putting down a deposit. Mr.Coco contacted me via email to give him further details on my situation. I then explained to him that I signed a lease ...and put down a security deposit and wanted out of the contract. That same night he wrote a letter to the leasing office and sent me a copy of the letter . He also sent the letter out certified mail and provided me the tracking number . He followed up with me the next day and explained that he contacted the leasing manager and that he was representing me . I was able to get out of my lease and received my security deposit in FULL.
