Michael Ralph Carabetta

Attorney Michael R. Carabetta is a partner with Elm City Law Group, LLC. Michael has experience with the drafting of various legal documents, including commercial contracts and leases, purchase and sale agreements, powers of attorney, living wills, waiver of liability forms, and quitclaim and warranty deeds. Michael assists clients with commercial, real estate and estate planning matters. Before joining Elm City Law Group, LLC, Michael worked in the Judicial District of New Haven at the New Haven Superior Court, where he worked as a Temporary Assistant Clerk in both Civil and Criminal proceedings.

Michael recently graduated magna cum laude from the Quinnipiac University School of Law. While at Quinnipiac, Michael was as an Associate Editor on the Quinnipiac Law Review, and served on the Executive Board of various student organizations, including the Business and Securities Law Organization, and the Employment Law Society. Michael received several awards while at Quinnipiac, both for distinguished academic achievement, and service to the community. He received his B.S. from Northeastern University in Boston, where he studied finance.

Michael is admitted to practice law in the State of Connecticut and is currently in the process of obtaining his Connecticut Real Estate Salesperson’s license. In his free time, Michael likes to travel, scuba dive, hike, and generally enjoy the outdoors. Michael lives in Meriden with his fiance, Sarah, and their yorkie, Daisy.
