Michael T. Ashley

I observed both Thomas R. Ashley and Michael T. Ashley representing a client in a municipal court case in which I was directly involved as a third party. From my perspective, there were several moments that raised concerns. For example, during one hearing, there seemed to be confusion about who fi...led the original complaint. In another, a request for a restraining order was made verbally, without a formal complaint being filed, and the judge declined to act on it. At one point, the attorney also mentioned a complaint had been filed against me, but I have never received any official summons or seen such a case listed in court records. In a later session, one of the attorneys was absent without prior notice, which caused confusion in the courtroom. Additionally, statements made by counsel did not seem to align with what was recorded in official reports or public video of the incident. This review reflects my personal observations in a public courtroom setting. I share this in the interest of transparency and to help others make informed decisions when hiring legal representation.
