Veronica A. Marsich

I represent physician groups, hospitals and health care providers of all types in general health, transactional and regulatory matters. I specialize in Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement issues and in the regulations and requirements that impact those areas, including corporate compliance, federal and state payment investigations and conditions of participation/survey, and certification issues.

I currently chair both the firm's Health Law Department and Life Sciences Industry Team. In addition, I'm a frequent lecturer and author on issues related to health care law, and I contribute to the blog .
