She also reviewed my current custody court order and found weaknesses in it, which would not guarantee my custody rights. So she made changes to it and we got my ex to agree. she was recommended to me, I had my doubts and now being in the court room with her for a second time, I have no doubt that she is NOT the lawyer to hire if your looking for some one to represent, defend or advocate for you. Case was pretty much handed over to her sealed and stamped and yet she still... managed to let it slip through her hands. For $3000 she did absolutely nothing for my case and with the solid evidence I brought to the table I could have had a much better outcome had I gone in self represented. On another note, she is almost a shame to watch in court against other attorneys.

I have used Melody for two years and she drained me more financially than my ex wife did. She can not end a case a have things settled with my ex she leaves the door wide open for her to bring back in her attorney and gain back in child custody what I fought and paid for Trujillo to gain. I think I ...have paid her enough to put her kids through college. I sadly still have her for now but seeking to change attorneys fast.

Melody Trujillo and her staff are very knowledgeable and well-equipped to handle family law. She fights hard and truly cares about her clients. When I went up against my ex with whom I've never previously had any favorable outcome, Melody exposed her lying and money-grubbing tactics for what they wer...e and helped me to win more time with my kids. I can't disagree more with the previous comments. I had an excellent experience with Melody and am very thankful to her. She helped turn the tide to what were miserable years of having had my children withheld from me, watching them fail academically and worse. Give Melody a try. You will not regret it.

Melody tries to fight for your case with opinions and not case law. As soon as the opposing attorney came in from my ex she got torn apart bit by bit. At first she was great at least I thought but my ex was pro per too. Things changed tables turned as soon as she had an attorney to go up against her.... Hire this woman if you dont have an opposing attorney.
