My husband's ex has been bringing him back to court for the last 3 years. Fortunately, with Melody in his corner, every time he's gone into court, he's come out with more! Melody made it priority number one to address what is in the best interest of the child while simultaneously identifying my husba...nd's rights as a parent. Melody gave me the strength to stand up for what I needed to do, and needed to do for so long. I had complications with a previous MSA, and continued to have difficulties with my ex husband due to the lack of language in our MSA. I hired Melody, and ended up having to take the case to court. She work...ed her magic, and was able to settle the issues outside of the court room, saving me in additional fees. I was able to get the end result I needed for my child and I financially, and feel I have great ground to stand on moving forward. Hiring her was the best decision I could have made! The only issue I had was lack of communication with her office. I felt I had to do more follow up than I anticipated to know where my case stood. I do not feel that was an issue on her end though.

Melody Trujillo was recommended by a mutual friend. I was injured from an automobile accident and unable to take care of any details due to my injuries. Right from the beginning Melody and her friendly professional staff made me feel assured that all medical and auto insurance details and needs would... be handled . She and her staff were very good about keeping me informed of updates. They were honest, educated, very fair and willing to listen to any of my concerns or questions.

Melody came recommended by a friend. But little did I realize my friend had plenty of money to pay for her services. I would NOT recommend her services for DIVORCE at all. When your lawyer tells you multiple times over you need to fire me cause you can afford me and makes you cry. A client should ...not have to beg to have there council have there back. She did NOT have mine or my best interest. Your already under enough stress as it is. She defiantly added to my stress. By saying that I felt very uneasy and felt she was in it to take money that I had to borrow. She did NOT have my back. If your looking for that your to have empathy for you. You need to look elsewhere. I felt like I did all the work.

Melody displays a very tough approach & seemed to represent me well in the beginning of my child custody matter but eventually appeared more worried about her fee's than looking out for her clients best interest. In fact, she rushed me through signing a child custody agreement that was more than detr...imental with mistakes that should have easily been avoided. She makes a good sale but buyer beware, she requires close attention & due diligence on the part of her clients.
