Melissa was unprofessional in her dealings with members of the closing team. She did not explain things to me along the way. She provided incorrect guidance on a document, and then blamed me for the mistake. She did not provide me with an accurate statement of closing document. She sent a stand-i...n lawyer to the closing on her behalf who did not have complete information.

Meeting and working with Ms. Weinberg was the best part of my difficult co-op closing. She was available every time I called or emailed and explained everything involved. This was the first time my wife and I bought property in Manhattan and she was patient with every step of our many many questions.... I would recommend her again in a second...and I have!
