After a 1 hour consultation at Attorney Thomas office In Rutland Vermont, we were promised a follow up via email/ letter. regarding our grandparents rights to seek advice on obtaining visitation. We NEVER received an email or letter from Attorney Thomas, yes she did accept and cashed our $250.00 ...check that was required at the time of our one and only meeting! Several messages were left at Attorney Thomas office, last resort I called the main office of the law firm (Faco) to ask if Attorney Thomas was still employed at the firm, the very nice receptionist replied that Attorney Thomas was indeed practicing Attorney- she was currently in the office.... how lucky was I, thinking I would finally be able to speak with her- NOT! The receptionist asked whom was calling, I gave her my name, she put me on hold for a short time, came back to let me know that Attorney Thomas was meeting with another Attorney in the office now and said to leave her a voice message!!! Another message.... why would I do that when I have already left 3 messages and NOT received a call back! I know everyone is busy, my point of this review is to inform others seeking assistance from an Attorney to not waste your time/money on such an unprofessional / unresponsive person as Attorney Thomas. Lesson learned- DO NOT use this Attorney From a concerned Grandparent.... about the well being of our Granddaughter!
