I hired Melissa Falconi to represent me in my divorce. Although a Collaborative Divorce, it was at times a contentious and long process. Melissa guided me throughout the entire process in a very responsive, kind, and professional manner. Throughout the entire time she's represented me, she lifted me ...up every time I didn't think it was possible. She is very straight forward with her clients, and tells you the truth as opposed to giving you false hopes, or telling you what you want to hear. Some people may have a hard time with that, however, I believe it is important to have an attorney who is truthful and realistic as opposed to one who promises you things he/she knows are impossible to achieve.
