Megan Colleen Berman

Megan C. Berman is a senior associate in the Family Law Department of Flicker, Kerin, Kruger, & Bissada LLP, skilled in all areas of family law, including high-asset property characterization and division, child and spousal support, child custody and visitation, domestic violence, prenuptial agreements, date of separation issues, reimbursement claims, post-judgment issues, and other complex litigation issues. Prior to family law, Megan practiced in complex civil litigation for several years, giving her a diverse background that lends itself to creative and flexible legal solutions for her clients. She is a member of the State Bar of California, as well as the San Mateo County Bar Association and Santa Clara County Bar Association, and practices in San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties.
Megan received her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School, magna cum laude, where she was Editor-in-Chief for the Journal of College and University Law. She has a B.A. from Dartmouth College, with a focus on comparative government.
Megan has a strong history of commitment to pro bono and volunteer efforts, and has litigated immigration, criminal, and family law cases on a pro bono basis for victims of domestic violence and indigent clients. Originally hailing from the Midwest, Megan’s interests include podcasts, traveling, quilting, and chasing her niece and nephews.
