Meg C. O'Marro-Felli

Ms. O'Marro took my case from another attorney that was let go from their practice. It was clear from the start that she didn't want to take the case; to give the benefit of the doubt, I'm sure her workload was huge. However, as someone who pre-paid for a service, I would expect better than meetings ...canceled at the very last minute, court dates rescheduled for dates I couldn't make it (then never rescheduled!). Then, when I complained to the firm, Ms. O'Marro called me and essentially told me I was wrong, that she was being responsive and we had just talked on the phone two days prior (we hadn't). Ultimately, I terminated my contract with the firm, but not before paying about half of it even though I received completely poor service and Sterling did not complete the job they were hired to do.

Complete absence in representation. No communication between attorney and client, no representation in court, no focus or communication with client, on her phone instead of in court. She did represent her firm in any way, yet blamed her firm for misrepresenting my case. The tens of thousands spent wi...th this firm with her representation was a complete waste.
