Conducting administrative investigations into allegations of Civil Rights violations and making both initial determinations and reconsideration decisions at the administrative level; working with the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) to defend allegations of unlawful discrimination.

Administrative Law practice on behalf of the federal government. Primary focus is on managing administrative determinations under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and any resultant litigation.

Handling and managing matters arising under the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA), issuing initial determinations and reconsideration decisions on administrative tort claims, and working with the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) to defend tort claims against the federal government.
