Mauri Lynne Levy

Mauri Levy brings substantial experience in Pennsylvania workers’ compensation practice to Lowenthal & Abrams. Her background includes handling both claimant and defense cases, which means she knows how the insurance companies think. This knowledge allows her to be one step ahead of the insurance companies as they seek to minimize or eliminate your workers’ compensation claim.

Prior to joining our firm in 2014, Mauri had many years of experience representing injured workers. She handles benefits claims from preparation to presentation in workers’ compensation court. Her out-of-the-box thinking means that Mauri is able to create novel legal arguments to make certain that each client gets the best representation possible. In addition to her thorough knowledge of workers’ compensation law, Mauri has substantial experience handling issues involving Medicare and liens in her clients’ cases.
