A post dated check is not a "bad check." But that does not mean you can't be guilty of other crimes (like theft by deception) or liable civilly....

That's a mess. My bet is that you can be evicted. But you really should sit down with an attorney and describe your entire situation.

No. That won't work. Get your attorney to try and structure the settlement in a manner which does not impact your benefits.
