Trust Worthy, Honest, Proffesional, and just a great guy!

I would recommend Matt to anyone for any type of legal work. Matt is an honest guy, and just a great person to talk to. I have had multiple unique scenarios I needed to work through or have a document for and Matt always executed them fast, and with highest quality. Very experienced attorney with excellent business sense

Matt advised me on a business acquisition. He was extremely diligent and always available throughout the entire process. I found one of his greatest assets to be his many years of actual operating experience having previously run his own business. Needless to say, his legal advice was spot on each ti...me. His handling of what turned out to be a slightly more complicated transaction than we originally anticipated was highly commendable. Most of all, I appreciated the fact that Matt took a personal interest in my transaction and was always willing to engage in a discussion when I needed and never once made me count the billable hours. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking an honest, intelligent, and hard-working transactional attorney to represent their interests
