Matthew Thomas Schmidt

I hired Mr. Schmidt to represent me in my DWI case and was extremely pleased with the results! I have had 2 other attorneys throughout my life, and neither one of them went above my expectations like Matthew Schmidt did. Mr. Schmidt was different then the other lawyers I've encountered in a few d...ifferent ways, one of which, he kept me informed about every detail throughout the entire duration of my case. I never had to call him and ask him what was going on with it. If i did call and he was unavailable, i ALWAYS got a call back within an hour or so. He explained every aspect of what was going on with the case in great detail, but also made it make sense to me. I never felt lost or "in the dark" about what was happening in my case. And lastly, Mr. Schmidt really knew what he was talking about when it came to my specific situation. It's to my understanding that he deals with a lot of these DWI cases, so he has a ton of experience in this area of criminal law. When it came time for court Matthew Schmidt had the experience, confidence and excellent negotiating skills to get the prosocuter to agree to knock my gross misdemeanor DWI charge down to a misdemeanor DWI.
