Terrific Lawyer

I can't say enough good things about Matt. He is an outstanding attorney and a gentleman. Matt took on two projects for me. He did my estate plan, which took about a week: will, durable power of attorney, healthcare proxy, and a HIPAA authorization. I'm having some health problems, so Matt came t...o my house with witnesses which made things a lot easier on me. Matt also took on a personal injury case that no other attorney would take. Matt got me a settlement that was well beyond anything I had imagined possible. He then went on to challenge Medicare which was trying to stick me with a $9,000 bill for every doctor's visit since my injury. Matt knocked that bill down to less than $2,000 and saved me a bundle. I'm a simple man, but I will tell you that Matt is a hell of smart guy, and I wouldn't go to any other lawyer.

Superb Lawyer!

Matt helped me negotiate a debt with a credit card company. I refused to file for bankruptcy, but Matt still managed to get the debt knocked down by nearly 90%. He was a pleasure to work with, fast, efficient, and always had a positive attitude.

Estate Plan Review

Matt did an outstanding job of reviewing our wills which we hadn't looked at for more than 16 years. He helped us figure out what we are going to do about medical expenses and put together a trust scheme that will minimize the taxes we would otherwise owe.
