Matthew Capone

Matt is an associate attorney with Premier Law Group and has extensive experience assisting clients in all phases of multi-family, commercial, and residential acquisitions or sales. Throughout Matt’s career, he has assisted clients in structuring complex real estate transactions. Currently, Matt provides syndication and securities services for clients throughout the United States, ranging from residential and commercial real estate closings, real estate private equity capital raises, joint venture agreements, residential and commercial leasing, business acquisitions, and general commercial real estate services for multi-family syndicators, investors, and developers. Matt advises investors and other entrepreneurs about entity selection, corporate formation, risk assessment, and other related transactional needs.

Prior to joining Premier Law Group, Matt was previously an associate attorney with Ausilio Law Group, P.C. in Macomb, Michigan. While at Ausilio Law Group, Matt represented limited liability companies, corporations, partnerships, and individuals from the onset of litigation through trial in a variety of matters related to real estate law, probate law, estate planning, creditor debt collection law, criminal law, and general civil litigation. Matt is a member of the Michigan State Bar and is licensed in Michigan.

Mr. Capone and his wife, Elizabeth have one child. The entire Capone family is actively involved in giving back to their local church and community.
