Matteo Zambelli

Matteo Zambelli is a partner in the corporate finance practice of the law firm Zambelli Tassetto (), Studio Legale and a lecturer on the University of West London LLM  (Master of Laws) programme (Securities Regulations, International Banking Law, Legal Aspects of International Finance and International Arbitration modules).

Matteo joined Zambelli Tassetto, Studio Legale from the London office of Lovells LLP (now Hogan Lovells), where he worked as a Senior Associate in the International Capital Markets department.

Prior to that Matteo worked in the Finance Department in the London office of Bonelli Erede Pappalardo LLP, in the Banking and Financial Services Group in the Dublin office of Matheson Ormsby Prentice (now Matheson), one of the largest Irish law firms and for BNP Paribas.

As well as being admitted to the Venice roll of attorneys, Mr Zambelli is also qualified in New York, Ireland and England and Wales.
