Mary Bondy Reiten

Mary Reiten has been practicing law since 1998. She is licensed in Washington, California, and Alaska. Mary has significant experience representing homeowners and condominium associations in complex disputes arising under Washington law. She specifically obtained a mediation certification from the King County Dispute Resolution Center so that she could help her association clients resolve their differences outside of the courtroom. Whether the dispute be about the exercise of board powers, assessments, maintenance, construction, covenant enforcement, an interpersonal dispute, or something unheard of Mary works hard to find a solution in an efficient and timely manner.

In addition, Mary practices real estate and business litigation. She has successfully represented clients in cases involving breach of purchase and sale agreements, timber trespass, easements, commission disputes, guarantees, commercial lease disputes, and partnership disputes.

Prior to going out on her own, Mary was a member of Tousley Brain Stephens PLLC, and Terrell Marshall Law Group PLLC. Outside the courtroom, Mary enjoys cooking, baking, canning, and reading.
