I have spent most of my life serving my country in either the USAF as a JAG officer or as an administrative judge in NH State practice.  As such, you do not ask other attorneys for referrals as it would be unethical.  Therefore your rating scale is somewhat difficult for those in public service.

I have family business in several areas and as such have been busy in that position.  I thank all of my well wishers for the kind words of encouragement during my long illness which is improving daily.  Again, AVVO, you favor the young and healthy. 

I find it unfortunate that AVVO does not detract from an attorneys profile if a bonafide complaint has been made against them.  As you can see, I have always had a strong belief in justice and what it should mean. One should not sell your soul if it means not doing the right thing.  I find the professsion, and the entites that support it, has become less and less noble over time.  Sad but true. Let's bring dignity back into the equation.
